How long does an order take?
Making an item usually takes 2–3 weeks, followed by approximately 7–10 days in transit.
What are the dolls made from?
Soft yarn and cotton filling. Small handmade variations are expected.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from Vietnam with tracking. Postage is $10 for the first doll and $5 for each doll after it.
Can I return an order?
No returns or exchanges — every doll is made for your order. You can cancel within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, and anything damaged or incorrect is always put right.
